Two-year starter. Began his career at Indiana as a quarterback, where he started four games as a true freshman in 2021. Made the move to wide receiver in 2022 and quickly became the team's number one target in the passing game a year later. Missed most of 2024 because of an upper body injury suffered early and ultimately transferred to Michigan in 2025. A long and strong target capable of winning at the catch point consistently. Had 76% of his catches, since his breakout season in 2023, go for a first down or touchdown. While he does not play overly fast or make much happen after the catch, he is still early on the progression curve for the position and offers enough upside as an X receiver who has shown glimpses of being a big play threat with his blend of size and toughness. Oversized target who makes himself big by coming back to the ball aggressively. Can reach and extend away from his frame late to snag the ball. Big, comfortable hands. Plays a physical brand pre and post-catch. A red-zone threat capable of boxing out defenders and showing coordination near the boundary. Separation will be difficult. Lacks sudden burst and change of direction in addition to raising his pad level in and out of breaks. Did not make a lot of plays downfield. Shows some stiffness as he adjusts his weight for the ball.
