The content, data, databases, compilations, rankings, depth charts, player information, roster information, annotations, evaluations, updates, changes, and other information made available through Ourlads.com (collectively, the "Ourlads Content") are provided solely for the personal and authorized use of visitors to the website, except where Ourlads expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Automated Access and Scraping Prohibited. You may not, directly or indirectly, use any robot, bot, spider, crawler, scraper, script, automated process, artificial intelligence system, machine learning system, software, service, agent, browser automation tool, data extraction tool, or other automated means to access, monitor, retrieve, copy, collect, download, extract, index, analyze, reproduce, or otherwise obtain Ourlads Content without the prior express written authorization of Ourlads.

Without limiting the foregoing, you may not systematically monitor, copy, extract, record, reproduce, republish, or use Ourlads' NFL, NCAA, or other football depth charts, including individual additions, deletions, substitutions, position changes, ordering changes, player-status changes, or other updates, for the purpose of creating, maintaining, supplementing, validating, correcting, or updating another website, database, application, product, service, publication, or dataset.

The prohibition applies to both the copying of a depth chart as a whole and the systematic monitoring or copying of individual changes to Ourlads Content over time.

Competitive Use Prohibited. Ourlads Content may not be used, directly or indirectly, to develop, operate, maintain, improve, populate, verify, correct, supplement, or update any product, website, application, database, publication, service, or other offering that competes with Ourlads or provides substantially similar depth-chart, roster, scouting, player, or football information.

You may not use Ourlads Content as a substitute for independently researching, developing, obtaining, or verifying information used in a competing product or service.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You may not use Ourlads Content for the development, training, fine-tuning, evaluation, benchmarking, retrieval, grounding, augmentation, operation, or improvement of any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model, automated decision-making system, retrieval system, or similar technology without Ourlads' prior express written permission.

For clarity, this prohibition includes using an AI system, AI agent, automated browser, or other automated technology to monitor Ourlads Content and identify, summarize, extract, reproduce, transmit, or act upon changes to Ourlads depth charts or other data.

Circumvention and Evasion. You may not circumvent, disable, avoid, bypass, defeat, or attempt to circumvent any technological measure Ourlads uses to restrict automated access, including access controls, rate limits, robot-exclusion mechanisms, authentication requirements, IP-address restrictions, CAPTCHAs, request limits, or other technical measures.

You may not conceal or disguise automated access through rotating IP addresses, proxy servers, VPN services, distributed systems, multiple accounts, altered user-agent information, headless browsers, third-party scraping services, or other means intended to evade detection or access restrictions.

No Authorization Created by Technical Accessibility. The fact that any Ourlads Content is publicly viewable, accessible without authentication, accessible through a web browser, discoverable by a search engine, or technically capable of being accessed by automated means does not constitute permission or authorization to scrape, extract, copy, monitor, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit that content.

Ourlads reserves all rights and remedies available under contract, copyright, unfair competition, misappropriation, computer-access, and other applicable laws.

Where permitted by applicable law, Ourlads may seek temporary, preliminary, and permanent injunctive relief to prevent or terminate unauthorized access, copying, extraction, distribution, or use of Ourlads Content, in addition to monetary damages and any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies Ourlads may have under applicable intellectual property, contract, computer access, unfair competition, misappropriation, or other laws.
