Arizona State | Hometown: North Miami, FL | HT: 6037 | WT: 262 | 40 time: 4.70 | Hand: 0978 | Arm: 3312 | Wing: 7900
Two year starter. Second-team All-Big 12 in 2024. Started at Cincinnati from 2021-23 and transferred to Colorado in 2023 then played his final two seasons at Arizona State. Productive over his two years at ASU, catching 70 passes with nine touchdowns. A thick-bodied lower half, long arms and a plus wingspan. He is reliable in all areas receiving with soft hands and solid blocking skill. Equally splits his time between in-line and slot. Shows excellent route running ability with quickness in and out of breaks. Adept and getting open running the run/pass option. Shows good body control when running flat route. Has field presence to find open areas when the play breaks down. He's been a nice safety valve in those situations. Has elusiveness on swing routes. Viable red zone player he can make contested catches. Equally splits his time between in-line and slot. Attacks the second level with getting his hands to his aiming point. Shows good footwork when stalking the defender. Gets his backend down and a flat back when pass protecting. Has a quick balanced first step off the ball. Climbs and seals the linebacker with his sturdy frame. Hands and punch are too wide. Doesn't always bring his feet with him when blocking. Sometimes gets stuck moving laterally, and needs to go attack. Lacks top end speed to stretch defenses. More of a short area target. Played his final season with some nagging maladies, but nothing major. He's had little fan-fare, but is a steady player with upside. He can be in the mix as a third tight end.
2025 Stats: 38-375, 9.9 ypr, 4 TD. Draft projection: 7th round/PFA
