Four-year starter. Bell is a uniquely-framed receiver who was used in a variety of ways as a receiver, rusher, and returner over his career. He was often used as a gadget weapon with tape full of jet sweeps, quick screens, and shovel passes. While the traditional wide receiver traits were not on display as often in the run-heavy offense, he has been a key part to the offense in key situations for four straight seasons. He showed value in different ways. Plays with a strong and sturdy presence. Physical approach to the game who will make contact and stay on his feet. Finds extra yards by falling forward and keeping the feet active post-contact. Has been used all over the offense and can concentrate on the ball in traffic. Strong in contested situations. Can burst out of his breaks with precision and balance. Shows advanced route running tactics. Inconsistent hands with too many drops. Was more of a gimmick player than a consistent force at any particular offensive spot. Can be lethargic when he needs to be sudden. Separation does not come easy and needs to be more elusive for his play style.
