Three year starter. Second-team All-America and first-team All-SEC in 2025. Well-proportioned frame with upper and lower body strength. Has played every offensive line position tackle to tackle. Played in 40 games in helping lead Duke to four bowl game appearances. A competitive, tough and well-schooled offensive lineman. A sound technician, he plays with balance and control while playing behind his well placed inside hands. Has exceptional grip strength. He plays to the whistle and shows good second effort. Has a good understanding of where to go when cutting off the backside in the zone game. Has good pass protection skills with agility to mirror athletic rushers. Punch as a pass blocker is normally accurate and he keeps his feet moving. Short armed, he needs to shorten up his punch. The timing of his punch is in question at times. Can be a head ducker when engaging defenders. Hasn't shown good recovery footwork when beaten. Being on the smaller side, he may struggle with massive NFL interior defenders. Becomes a grabber when beaten on his edge. He needs consistency sustaining run blocks and hopefully adding a little more mass can help with this. Although a tackle, his physical stature puts him in a position to be move inside to center or guard. Could very well be a five position offensive lineman. With his skillset, quickness and his pass blocking ability he should be a solid NFL option.
