One-year starter. Spent his first three seasons at wide receiver for the Tigers but failed to overcome his issues with drops and route running. Made a full-time move to the backfield in 2025, put on about ten pounds, and opened a new door toward a future in the NFL. Looks like a man-child. He is put together with muscle on top of muscle but shows functional speed and power with the ball in his hands paired with a physical, aggressive mindset. He is raw as a back but the positive side is he enters the league with more tread left on the tires and has more upside to potentially reach than most. His experience as a returner will also create opportunities for him early in his career. An impressive physical profile from every angle. Has a rare combination of size, speed, and explosion. Can put his foot in the ground as a one cut runner and accelerate in a blink. Outruns angles and will make defenders think twice about taking him downhill. Background as a receiver puts him ahead of the curve when it comes to the passing game. Can run a variety of routes and tracks the ball from all angles well. Needs to work on a better pad level as a rusher. Indecisive and hesitant between the tackles. Vision is not there yet. Has been nicked up multiple times over his career including a torn ACL in 2022. Lacks any sort of feel and technique as a pass blocker.
