Two-year starter. Spent three seasons at Buffalo before transferring to New Mexico State in 2024 and then to Arkansas in 2025. Of the 67 running backs nationwide who had over 166 carries, Washington ranked third with 6.4 yards per attempt (#1 in the SEC) in 2025. The big and physical back who can run behind his pads also proved to be a big play threat capable of putting his foot in the ground and running away from defenders in space. The rare combination of tools and production lead to an intriguing projection. Works hard to stay square to the line. Shows urgency to press the hole on outside runs. Gets downhill in a hurry and delivers violence on inside runs. Excellent footwork that gets on and off the ground with a rapid rate of precise and balanced movement. Easily alters direction laterally while maintaining his speed. Will lower himself pre-contact and maintain his control and ability to gain more yards. Hungry running style with big play potential. Smooth but sneaky fast in space. Will create explosives and also poses as a vertical threat in the passing game. Reliable hands catcher from all angles with multiple quality routes up his sleeve. Fumbles have been a problem. Has put it on the ground seven times over the last two years. A big target for tacklers to get clean contact on. Does not have an elusive running style and will struggle to get creative. Showed a lack of aggression after the catch as a receiver. Pass blocking could have been better considering his size, as he struggles to stay latched on.
