Four year starter. First team All-SEC in 2025. A team captain, he was awarded the Jacobs' Blocking Trophy as the best blocker in the SEC. Has good footwork that allows him to mirror the defender. A physical tackle who is always looking for work at the line of scrimmage. Gets good movement on the defensive tackle when doubling down. Adept at getting to the second level coming off combo blocks or pulling. Blocks well in space. Pass protection skills are an asset. Does a good job defending against edge rushers. Shows a good punch that slows down rushers. Has an adequate anchor for a big man. A good straight-line runner with excellent quickness. Has a good first step, he keeps his feet moving with short choppy steps. A grinder who will show up every play. A bit methodical on his overall game approach, would like to see more consistency on being able to burst. Needs more recovery quickness when beat. Needs to be more patient in pass protection and have the ability to clamp the defender. Must continue to develop his toolbox in both run and pass blocking. Has all the attributes physically you would look for in an offensive tackle. Has some limited reps as a center, but it's a good addition to his resume.
