Two year starter. First-team All-ACC in 2024 and 2025. Undersized as far as weight and length, but is a fluid mover and plays bigger than size. Brother of Falcons' corner AJ Terrell. Versatile, he's skilled playing both outside corner and slot. Played a variety of coverage including press and off man with varying technique. Played underneath zone in the slot and Cover 2, 3 and quarters outside. As a press corner his quick feet and reactions normally keep him in phase throughout the route. He rarely bites on early moves away from leverage. Shows a stiff off-hand jam on the stem to disrupt route timing. Has the speed to stay with deep vertical routes. In off coverage used press and bail to a lateral run or traditional shuffle backpedal to lateral and turn and run as cushion breaks. Reliable changing speeds to maintain cushion. Quick to flip his hips on route breaks to get back in phase. He's very sticky once in phase. In hard corner and in the slot he's excellent at balancing high low route concepts. Can get under intermediate routes and shows sudden plant and drive on underneath throws. Has been productive stressing quarterback's ability to stick balls in tight windows. Ball skills are solid and he attacks the catch point and makes the most of interception opportunities. Reliable in run support he rarely misses a tackle showing fundamental gather, wrap, and drive tackling skill. He's effective blitzing from an overhang position with a closing burst off the edge. Lack of length shows at times making tackles and playing the ball. He will give up yards after contact to a physical ball carrier and has some trouble getting hands to the catch point on 50/50 balls. Makes more tackles than plays on the ball. Lack of size could be an issue, but that said he's a top-tier corner prospect.
