Oklahoma | Hometown: Fort Lauderdale, FL | HT: 6022 | WT: 242 | 40 time: 4.67 | Hand: 0812 | Arm: 3112 | Wing: 7838
Two year starter. First-team All-SEC in 2025. Well proportioned athlete albeit relatively small in overall stature. Has played outside linebacker in a two point stance along with getting in a three point on passing downs. Aligned from a wide 9 down to a 4i. Hyper athletic with a high motor chasing plays down from a distance. Shows extreme quickness at the snap, exploding into blocks with quick strong hands and natural knee bend. His initial punch normally gets immediate separation creating a two way go when playing the run. Excellent change of direction allows him to re-direct, reacting to shifty backs bouncing outside. Has been used situationally in coverage and flashes getting depth and reacting to backs in the flat. At his best as a pass rusher where his quickness can beat a tackle practically out of his stance. He shows speed to power and flashes a quick hand swipe along with a club move. Has a quick dip and rip with incredible bend and squeeze to turn the corner to the quarterback. He shows tremendous second effort and keeps coming even if ridden up field. He often just tries to beat the tackle and an athletic offensive lineman can ride him out. Could use some more in his pass rush arsenal. Has missed some tackles on the edge and lack of ideal length might factor in. For some that may be an issue, but it does not affect his quickness or pass rush prowess. He's only average in coverage as depth of drop in zone is inconsistent as well as getting in the throwing lane. Coverage is not what he'll get drafted for and he has the pass rush tools to be an impact in the NFL. He could fit in the 3-4 base or as a rotational edge rusher.
