Three-year starter. Spent two seasons at North Carolina State where he won the 2023 ACC Rookie of the Year Award. Transferred to Texas A&M for the 2025 season where he won the Paul Hornung Award. He is a threat every time he touches the ball and has maintained a high level of impact as a receiver who can line up in multiple spots. Concepcion is a versatile playmaker who will be an immediate weapon as a returner, but has shown the ability to terrorize defenses from the slot in the short-to-intermediate passing game as well.
