Two-year starter. First-team All-Big 12 this past season. Aligns on the edge and at 4i in odd fronts. Solid height and length with an undersized frame. Elite athletic ability provides him movement skills to make plays all over the field. Highly explosive player off the ball with good snap anticipation to put immediate pressure on tackles. Sinks his pads and keeps outside arm free on the edge ready to attack. With flow away he stays square and shuffles with solid lateral agility reading the backfield. Exceptional use-of-hands to keep blockers guessing, and uses excellent hand strength to throw blockers into the dirt and get around effortlessly.
