One year starter. A fast rising prospect in this year's draft. Second-team All-SEC in 2025. Only a junior, he has started his last 18 games. Has outstanding length with an estimated reach of a 7-footer. Showed off his athleticism with a good performance at the Combine. Quick out of stance with excellent hand placement. Plays alert to games and stunts the defense may present, which leads to a plus on pass protection. Has allowed only two sacks in nearly 400 pass blocking attempts. Shows athleticism when running in space, his aiming point is a plus in the screen game. His good feet will aid him in mirroring shadow drill. Run-blocking is a lacking skillset, although he is very quick off the ball. Lunges at the defender, negating his reach advantage. Has an overall lack of experience that only reps and time will help. Priority will be continuing to develop his overall skill set. Needs to firm up against any gap shooters. Needs to continue to develop his kick/slide. Stiffness needs to become a product of the past. As an overall green prospect, his barometer only points up as his body continues to fill out into a next level starter. How quickly can he get to the next level? An outlier being ranked as the fifth tackle in the draft, many scouts are viewing Monroe as having a huge upside with his exceptional arm length; he'll only need more seasoning. His ability to redirect and the smoothness he shows for a big man are eye opening.
