Three year starter. Proctor is among the most intriguing prospects in this draft class. In 2025, Proctor was named as a consensus All-American and first-team All-SEC. An early commit to Iowa, he flipped to Alabama prior to the 2023 season, then transferred back to Iowa in 2024 before transferring back to Alabama. Whew! A starter at the top collegiate level since day one, his future lies ahead of him. His reach and size are a cut above all, he has unusually good knee bend for a big man. Light on his feet and has an aggressive temperament. Has impressive quickness for a big man. Just how talented is this guy, this past season he carried the ball as a running back and caught a pass on a screen play. Nasty is a good description of his playing attitude. His long reach allows him a great cushion in pass protection. His excellent knee bend allows him to sink as a finishing touch to his pass protection skills. His foot speed allows him to widen and climb in the power running game. When his opponent is square to him, it's no contest. After a slow start to the season, his game has been on an upward rise. Appears to be very coachable because of this progress. His pad level rises as the game goes on, and like most big guys, needs to work on his hand placement. Will need to work on conditioning his body for the long haul in NFL football. Needs to work on shadowing the defensive end on inside moves. The added polish needed at the next level will be attainable with his natural skill set. He will be an anchor left tackle at the next level with his continued development, but a move to guard may not be out of the question. Should be one of several offensive tackles taken in the first round.
