Two-year starter. Winner of the 2025 Doak Walker Award and earned unanimous first-team All-American honors. His 2025 season included multiple single season (touchdowns) and single game (rushing yards at home) records in the team's storied, long history. The Heisman Trophy finalist is a complete back with explosive traits that show up both as a rusher and receiver. He is an every down threat capable of taking a lead role and evolving into one of the best backs in the league. Well put together frame with enough weight and thickness to run through defenders, but maintains flexible joints to maintain his quickness, agility, and burst. Moves with extreme balance and body control. Tremendous agility in traffic, he can stop his momentum with sharp cuts while still moving downhill with speed. Outruns angles in the open field. Difficult to find tape of him getting caught from behind. Catches the ball like a receiver, attacking and framing with his hands along with a sizable catch radius. Technically sound and physically aggressive as a pass protector who maintains his balance and position throughout engagement. Will leave some yards on the field with too much desire to cut it back. Not a powerful pile-pusher. Allows the ball to get away from his frame too often. Love is a big-play threat every time he touches the ball. He's nearly mistake free (one fumble in over 500 touches) and immediately adds multiple options to an offense looking for more explosive plays. Has the potential to be a difference maker in any offense.
