Five-year starter. Spent three seasons at Virginia Tech prior to transferring to Kentucky in 2022. Has played a lot of football over his career with plenty of experience in different roles. His size and movement traits scream slot receiver at the next level, but he did line up on the outside for a third of his snaps throughout his career. He knows how to get open with route running tactics and he plays physical in traffic. A hard-nosed, blue-collar competitor who will create on his own through effort and instincts. His return value, namely on punts, can help give him an edge early on to make a roster. Unlike some players in this mold, he does have the ability to play two or three receiver spots. Easy moving hips and feet stem from plus-muscle mass. Shows a stable looseness to his movement traits that can set him up well. Plays strong and tough. Gets through contact, finds the ball, and extends himself. Will attack the ball and come downhill for it. Final gear is not enough to stay over the top. Lack of size can hide him against quality press coverage. Telegraphs routes. Does not show natural feel for beating zone coverage.
