The former Southeast Missouri State offensive tackle impressed his new coach Freddie Kitchens, who talked highly about how Forbes as well as the rest of the young linemen attending rookie minicamp were performing. Forbes won’t be starting early in his career as he makes the difficult transition from FCS to the NFL, and he might have to move inside to guard, but so far the reviews have been glowing and he’s expected to make the 53-man roster.
