After tagging Albert and releasing Winston, Joeckel is still the top pick for the chiefs, although he'll have to start his career on the right side, but a move to LT is imminent especially if a long term deal can't be worked out with Albert.
2	Jaguars	Eric Fisher	OT	Central Michigan
Could also go for some DL help (Floyd / Werner), but adding a talent like Fisher to pair with Monroe is a much better idea.
3	Raiders	Sharrif Floyd	DT	Florida
More than likely that the Raiders won't have Richard Seymour, Tommy Kelly or Desmond Bryant on the roster when next season begins, so getting someone of Floyd's skill to anchor the DL would be a wise investment.
4	Eagles	Dion Jordan	DE	Oregon
With the move to the 3-4 in Billy Davis' new defense, grabbing an athletic edge rusher in Jordan who is already familiar with former Head Coach Chip Kelly from their days at Oregon.
5	Lions	Dee Milliner	DC	Alabama
Talent upgrade in the secondary is a must for Detroit, Milliner will be an impact starter from day one.
6	Browns	Barkevious Mingo	OB	LSU
Getting some speed on the edge as they move back to the 3-4 is a must.
7	Cardinals	Geno Smith	QB	West Virginia
New Head Coach Bruce Arians gets a franchise QB that he can build his offense around, after all he had some succes with the 1st QB taken in last years draft.
8	Bills	Chance Warmack	OG	Alabama
Well they're are gonna lose Andy Levitre, so replacing him with arguably the best player in the draft is a no-brainer.
9	Jets	Ezekiel Ansah	DE	BYU
After releasing Calvin Pace they have no one at outside linebacker, getting Ansah here will fill a HUGE hole in NY's lacklustre defense.
10	Titans	Jonathan Cooper	OG	North Carolina
Upgrading their OL talent is a need for the Titans, plus Cooper will love learning under Bruce Matthews.
11	Chargers	Lane Johnson	OT	Oklahoma
Questions surrounding the health of Jared Gaither just wont go away, so adding Johnson to the mix at LT is a great idea. Best case scenario, Gaither steps up with a full season at a level that he's expected to, in which case Johnson can replace the incumbent Clary at RT.
12	Dolphins	Xavier Rhodes	DC	Florida State
Sean Smith probably won't be back, add in the fact they traded Vontae Davis to the Colts last off-season, leaving a whole in a very underrated Dolphins defense.
13	Jets F/TB	Star Lotulelei	DT	Utah
A heart condition drops him from being a top-5 pick, Tampa would much prefer to address their secondary needs, but with Rhodes gone, they shore up their interior line with the impending loss of Roy Miller they pair up Lotulelei with McCoy.
14	Panthers	Sheldon Richardson	DT	Missouri
With 2 good, young ends on their D-Line, adding some beef in the middle is the next move for Carolina. Richardson will add some strength to a weak front 4.
15	Saints	Jarvis Jones	OB	Georgia
Injury concerns are why he's not of the board in the top 5, but the Saints add the best pass rusher in the draft to start the rebuild of their defense Rob Ryan's new 3-4 scheme.
16	Rams	Kenny Vaccaro	FS	Texas
With two first round picks, St. Louis can address their safety need with the best one in the class in Vaccaro.
17	Steelers	Damontre Moore	DE	Texas A&M
18	Cowboys	DJ Fluker	OT	Alabama
It makes no sense for Dallas not to draft for the OL right here. It is the biggest need for the 'Boys, has been for the past 3 years. Doug Free is not the answer at RT, Fluker just might be.
19	Giants	Bjoern Werner	DE	Florida State
The G-Men love to add to their collection of defensive ends, with Umenyiora on his way out, they bring in Werner to help spell Tuck and Pierre-Paul to keep them effective.
20	Bears	Tyler Eifert	TE	Notre Dame
O-Line is where they need to go here, but with the top tackles and guards of the board, they can add Eifert to bring an element they haven't had since trading Olsen to the Panthers, thus taking away some of the coverage on Brandon Marshall.
21	Bengals	Arthur Brown	OB	Kansas State
22	Rams F/WAS	Cordarrelle Patterson	WR	Tennessee
Rams give Sam Bradford the big play receiver he so desperately needs in Patterson.
23	Vikings	Keenan Allen	WR	California
Christian Ponder may not be the long term answer at QB for the Vikings, but in order for him to have a chance to succeed they need to add some playmakers at receiver for him to throw to.
24	Colts	Desmond Trufant	DC	Washington
Indy's offense exceeded all expectations last season, and while that side of the ball isn't a finished product, they need to add some key pieces to a promising young defense.
25	Vikings F/SEA	Datone Jones	DE	UCLA
With Chris Clemons out indefinitely with a torn ACL, the Seahawks could use some help at defensive end...their pass rush wasn't exactly there for them in the playoffs anyway.
26	Packers	Alec Ogletree	IB	Georgia
Last season exposed the lack of speed inside the Packers defense, especially against the Niners in the play-offs, Ogletree is a great prospect to add inside with AJ Hawk and possibly Desmond Bishop.
27	Texans	Tavon Austin	WR	West Virginia
Matt Scahub would love to have a guy like Austin running all over the field, causing mismatches for the defense. Plus this would finally take away some coverage from Andre Johnson, who is ageing.
28	Broncos	Sylvester Williams	DT	North Carolina
Denver adds some beef upfront to a really promising young defense.
29	Patriots	Johnthan Banks	DC	Mississippi State
If they don't re-sign Aqib Talib, then this pick makes a lot of sense. They could use some help back there either way though.
30	Falcons	Alex Okafor	DE	Texas
Bit of a reach here, but after letting go of both Ray Edwards and John Abraham in the past 10 months, the Falcons need a starter on the front 4. If they can't get Gonzalez to stay, then TE would also be an option.
31	49ers	Jesse Williams	DT	Alabama
With a plethora of picks in this draft, a lot of trading could be in play for the Niners.With a roster full of talent, the Niners can go a number of different ways here, I see them shoring up their front 3.
32	Ravens	Kevin Minter	IB	LSU
You can't replace Ray Lewis, EVER. But with the legend hanging up his cleats, a LB is the logical pick here.

33	Jaguars	Sam Montgomery	DE	LSU
The Jags need help getting after the QB, Montgomery will have an impact for the Jags.
34	49ers F/KC	Eric Reid	FS	LSU
Looking more and more likely that Dashon Goldson wont be back in the Bay next year, so the Niners grab a great prospect at S in Reid with their pick from the Chiefs (Alex Smith).
35	Eagles	Kawaan Short	DT	Purdue
After letting Cullen Jenkins go, the Eagles need some help on their new 3-man front, Short would play DE.
36	Lions	Cornellius Carradine	DE	Florida State
With Cliff Avril likely gone for the big bucks, and the release of Kyle Van Den Bosch, the Lions need a bit of help at defensive end, Carradine could be a long time starter for the Lions.
37	Bengals F/OAK	Matt Elam	SS	Florida
Safety is always an area of concern for the Bengals, Elam gives them a day one starter.
38	Cardinals	Menelik Watson	OT	Florida State
The Cardinals offensive line was a joke in 2012, their tackles especially.After grabbing their franchise QB in round one, they grab Watson to protect him.
39	Jets	Matt Barkley	QB	Southern Cal
Can't pass on Barkley here. Let's face it though, anybody would be better than Mark Sanchez and Tim Tebow.

Getting a receiver to take away some coverage from Stevie Johnson is what Buffalo needs. Hopkins could be a future Pro-Bowler.
