Chiefs
| Luke Joeckel | OT | Texas A&M |
| This pick is likely between Geno Smih and Luke Joeckel Although the Chiefs are arguably the most QB starved team in the league, I don't think it would be wise to reach for Smith and neglect taking the best prosspect in this class at a highly prioritized positon like L OT. Joeckel is a stud and drafting him gives the Chiefs the luxury of not overpaying Braden Albert, who is bound to be overvalued in the free agent market. Joeckel is considered a better prospect than Matt Kalil who went #4 in a much better class. A definite safe bet and upgrade. |

Jaguars
| Bjoern Werner | DE | Florida State |
| This pick is a real wild card. As of now, the Jags porous pass rush needs the most help as they ranked dead last in the NFL with a dismal 20 sacks. The team employs Jason Babin, Jeremy Mincey and Andre Branch, but all could be upgraded. Bjoern Werner shined this year and was very impressive with his natural strength and pass rush skill. He reminds me a lot of Chris Long and I see him as a very dominant 4-3 DE. Dont't sleep on Lotulelei here. The massive DT may be in demand if Terrence Knighton is lost to free agency and if the new regime is against keeping the disappointing Tyson Alualu. |

Raiders
| Geno Smith | QB | West Virginia |
| The Raiders are completely hamstrung by the former regime 's bad free agency and draft decisions. Given that the Raiders are in full rebuilding mode it would not be a reach to see them grab the only first round worthy QB in the draft in Geno Smith, We all know the story with Smith, as he dazzles you as much as he completely disappoints you. He is definitely not a top 10 player in this class but the drought at QB will make him a top 5-10 selection. Oakland has no 2nd round pick and a past his prime Carson Palmer under center, so a calculated gamble like Smith makes sense here. |

Eagles
| Star Lotulelei | DT | Utah |
| The Eagles are hard to pin down as their needs don't really match the value left on the board. As of this post the Eagles don't have a D Coordinator, but rumors are circling that they are moving to a 3-4. If that is the case an athletic DT would be a welcome addition. Lotulelei best comparison is Haloti Ngata, a DT who can anchor as a Nose, play the 5 technique and also play (probably most effectively) in a 4-3. A 3 down DT of his talent is a very rare find and makes his value huge. A combo of Lotulelei and Fletcher Cox, combined with the Eagles edge rushers makes for a bright future. |
