He is not big enough for snaps inside, but he is not athletic enough for a role on the outside. His ability to impact a defense stands out on tape, however. He plays low and quick with strong, fast hands and shows a natural gravitational pull toward the action. Hybrid fronts that like to be multiple should be intrigued by the combination of power and agility he shows in traffic. He can fill the back end of the depth chart and eventually mold into a versatile role that sees a few snaps per game. Versatile inside-out threat with a steady, strong presence on contact. Easy knee bender that will fire his hands out with accuracy. Solid lockout strength that can control the initial engagement with the blocker. Grabs hold of the chest plate with his hips close to the ground. Good lower body joint flexion that is natural and plays strong. Has spent serious time in the weight room. Makes plays away from the line. Pursues down the line, capable of making tight-angled turns and change of direction. Fighter with a constant engine. Lacks the juice to shoot the gap and penetrate. Won’t win often when attacking the outside shoulder. Upside is limited and the tool set may need a very specific role at the next level.
