Ourlads' Profile:

2021 Guide: What Ourlads' NFL Scouting Services said about KENNY YEBOAH: Mississippi, 6037 247 4.75. One-year starter, Allentown, PA. Spent four years at Temple where he started one season but was a key part to their offense for three. Transferred to Mississippi as a graduate student for the 2020 season and nearly doubled his career yard output under Lane Kiffin’s high-octane offense. Averaged 19.4 yards per catch in the SEC, nearly an unheard-of number from the position. He did play a lot of traditional inline tight end and was asked to block often. He still has a ways to go, needing to add power and strength to his game. A natural when attacking the ball with a wide catch radius. There is an interesting upside here that could fill in backup and/or specialty duty early on with the possibility of being an every down asset down the road. Wide frame and long arms with an angular body and build. Will be able to add functional weight quickly. Good build up speed through the seam that can quickly get past the second level of the defense. Matchup problem that stems from his versatile tool set. Can really go up and get the ball on the move. Catches the ball away from his body. Excellent natural ball skills. Has a lot of experienced lined up in the trenches and as a pre-snap motion chess piece. Shows blocking potential with a strong lockout and powerful hands. Inconsistent performance as a blocker. Struggles to hit his target when being used as a trap blocker. Doesn’t break himself down and square the target up. Too many whiffs. Has some awkward and imbalanced movement patterns to him. Needs some space to build up his open field speed. 2020 stats: 27-524, 19.4 ypr, 6 TD. Fourth/fifth round. (A-33 1/4, H-9 3/8, VJ-34, SS-NA).
