A good sized cornerback who plays physical. He is best playing press, bump and run coverage, throwing receivers off of their route. Runs the pattern for receivers with good alertness of plays. Moves with good change of direction. Has the hip movement to switch in and out of his back pedal, shuffle and run. Breaks hard on the ball and is an enthusiastic player who is always competing to the limit on the outside. A wrap up tackler. Shows good timing and the ability to make the play on the ball. Plays with good suddenness to read and react. Physical player who sticks tight on receivers, making contact throughout the route and competing for the ball. Has quick feet with his back pedal, can turn and run with receivers that have good speed. Makes a quick break on the ball to drive back to the receiver and disrupt the pass by deflecting it, intercepting it, or tackling the receiver to jar the ball loose. Plays with good instincts, awareness, and confidence. A big play defensive back who makes clutch plays. Off the field concerns must be investigated.
