1	Chiefs	Luke Joeckel	OT	Texas A&M
I think they put their head down on the Branden Albert situation and pick the best player available. They won't come out and say who they are picking in case they can still get a good deal for the 1 pick or trade Branden Albert. Don't be shocked if the Jets jump up to take Geno Smith and Revis heads to the Chiefs. Doing so could allow them to get one of the best CB's in the league, extend Branden Albert, and slide to 9 to take Lotulelei.
2	Jaguars	Geno Smith	QB	West Virginia
I think the Dion Jordan talk could be smoke screening so that a team like the Jets don't feel like they have to jump up to 1 to take Smith. At the end of the day Jacksonville needs someone to excite the fanbase, and Blaine Gabbert has been a disaster.
3	Raiders	Sharrif Floyd	DT	Florida
One of the highest ceilings in the draft, and fits like a glove. He had fantastic production as the year went on and blew scouts away at the combine.
4	Eagles	Dion Jordan	DE	Oregon
Pass rush is a must in the 3-4, and I have read numerous reports that Chip Kelly is hellbent on taking Jordan if he's there. I think its a good pick, but I actually think Milliner would be better for Philly.
5	Lions	Dee Milliner	DC	Alabama
As far as the talent to fill a need pick goes, this may be the best of the whole draft. Detroit has needed CB's since they formed as a franchise it seems like, and Milliner is the best in the draft.
6	Browns	Tavon Austin	WR	West Virginia
Shocker pick here. Austin wowed at the combine, blew the doors off statistcally at West Virginia and could be the super dynamic playmaker to compliment Trent Richardson and hopefully make something of Brandon Weeden. They spent a ton of money in FA on defense, and any pick they could make here on that side of the ball would either overlap a position they are already acceptable in (Lotulelei and Phil Taylor), or would be a project (Ansah).
7	Cardinals	Eric Fisher	OT	Central Michigan
Huge pick for Arizona. QB was addressed this offseason (at least until next year). Picking maybe the best lineman in the draft is a huge pickup.
8	Bills	Matt Barkley	QB	Southern Cal
I think Buffalo is set to pick Geno Smith if he drops, but I don't think he will. QB's are frequently overdrafted, and Buffalo has to know Kevin Kolb is not the real answer at QB. The defense has elite talent in spots, but the future of the offense needs to be addressed ASAP.
9	Jets	Ezekiel Ansah	DE	BYU
They are primed to trade up possibly to 1 or 6 if Geno Smith is there. If not I think Rex Ryan takes the best defensive prospect he can get his hand on. Ansah would compliment the pressure Muhammed Wilkerson provides.
10	Titans	Desmond Trufant	DC	Washington
Maybe a reach here, but the tape shown keeps pushing his stock up. Tennessee made some big strides in FA, and they need secondary help desperately. Trufant totally shut down the Senior Bowl, and had an impressive career at Washington.
11	Chargers	Star Lotulelei	DT	Utah
Probably the most pro-ready player in the draft, and they could use a true DT to plug the middle of their line. Lotulelei is an absolute monster, plugging the run while getting into the backfield and disrupting. Health concerns are starting to be refuted, and this could prove to be a great pick for San Diego.
12	Dolphins	Lane Johnson	OT	Oklahoma
This pick fills the hole Jake Long left for a team that seemingly is going for it. They made noise in free agency, and this pick would allow Jonathan Martin to stay on the right side where he played very well last year.
13	Jets F/TB	Xavier Rhodes	DC	Florida State
The Revis trade is seemingly on ice for the time being. Rhodes is a fluid player that was a cornerstone for an impressive Florida State defense. LIke this pick at this spot for this team.
14	Panthers	Sheldon Richardson	DT	Missouri
A really good fit regardless of if it feels like an overdraft. Richardson is talented, and could help sure up the middle of that defense in front of Kuechly. Carolina needs to improve this year if Rivera is going to come back in 2014.
15	Saints	Barkevious Mingo	OB	LSU
Freak athlete that could headline the Rob Ryan 3-4. He had a stellard combine and workouts, but the tape doesn't speak as loudly. Still like the pick.
16	Rams	Kenny Vaccaro	FS	Texas
St. Louis is quietly building a contender in easily the best division in football. This is a great pick for the young defense with Chris Long, Michael Brockers, James Laurenitis and a breakout season for Janoris Jenkins.
17	Steelers	Arthur Brown	OB	Kansas State
Brown is gaining steam into the draft and Pittsburgh needs help at OLB with James Harrison departing. I think Javis Jones' health concerns and poor combine workout may make him slide in this draft.
18	Cowboys	Jonathan Cooper	OG	North Carolina
Huge step in building a new young line in front of their $108 mil QB. Plugged next to Tyron Smith, Cooper is versatile, athletic and insanely talented. He offers better passblocking skills and versatility (can play guard, center and tackle) than Warmack.
19	Giants	Alec Ogletree	IB	Georgia
He has elite talent, but is a headcase. A good veteran locker room can hopefully keep him in check and the Giants have needed help inside since Antionio Pierce retired. Great pick here.
20	Bears	Chance Warmack	OG	Alabama
Forte gets his bulldozer to rip through the middle. Warmack is a total ox. He plows over anything in his path and paved the way for Eddie Lacy and Trent Richardson.
21	Bengals	John Cyprien	SS	Florida International
His stock has jumped Matt Elam because his ceiling is higher. Cyprien hits like a middle linebacker and has good speed as a safety. He plugs right in for the disaster that was Taylor Mays. Cincinnati could be a darkhorse Super Bowl contender with some good picks this year.
22	Rams F/WAS	Cordarrelle Patterson	WR	Tennessee
Some think he's the best pure WR in the draft. Putting weapons around Bradford is a must with Steven Jackson exiting.
23	Vikings	Keenan Allen	WR	California
He had a really good combine and career, but was overshadowed a bit by Tavon Austin. He is still a valuable pick for a team looking to put talent around Peterson. Last year seemed awfully flukey to me, but picks like this could keep Minnesota competitive.
24	Colts	Jarvis Jones	OB	Georgia
Switching to a 3-4 requires a rush linebacker stud. Jarvis Jones has the potential to be the next Demarcus Ware if his body can hold up. He has a great motor and film, and his combine workout can be overlooked at this point with no hesitation.
25	Vikings F/SEA	Kawaan Short	DT	Purdue
Minnesota has about 5 DT's to pick from here, but I think Kawann Short has helped his stock through the combine/workouts process. Wouldn't be surprised to see Sylvester Williams here.
26	Packers	DJ Fluker	OT	Alabama
Huge value for Green Bay. They need help on the line so Rodgers has time to do his thing. Fluker could play the left side, but looks like he could eventually be a Pro Bowler on the right side.
27	Texans	DeAndre Hopkins	WR	Clemson
Weapons opposite of Andre Johnson should hopefully help Schaub. This team needs to get over the hump soon.
28	Broncos	Cornellius Carradine	DE	Florida State
Denver doesn't need a lot, but a good DE to generate weak side pass rush oppostie of Von Miller would do a lot. Many scouts think Carradine is better than Bjoern Werner.
29	Patriots	Matt Elam	SS	Florida
Classic New England player. He is instinctual, makes plays and is a locker room leader. I love this pick for New England to replace Patrick Chung.
30	Falcons	Datone Jones	DE	UCLA
I think Jones could be the best defensive lineman in this draft when all is said and done. In a 4-3 he would probably play inside, but having that versatility can be invaluable. Love this pick and how he fits in with this team.
31	49ers	Margus Hunt	DE	SMU
SF doesn't seem to need much, but a hand on the ground DE never hurts. Hunt's ceiling is insanely high, but he has a lot of work to do.
32	Ravens	Justin Hunter	WR	Tennessee
Baltimore lost so much this offseason they seemingly could take anything but a QB here. Anquan Boldin is a big time loss though, and I think this is a stride to replace him.
