Kansas City receives Alex Smith from SF for two 2nd Round Picks. They take the best prospect in the draft.
2	Jaguars	Dion Jordan	DE	Oregon
Jacksonville receives Matt Flynn in a trade with Seattle for the Jag's 2013 2nd round pick. One of the major tenets of the Tampa 2, which Gus Bradley will run, is that the Leo (pass-rushing DE in th 4-3) needs to be the most dynamic player on the field. Bradley sees that the Jag's lack this player in his personnel, so he drafts this player in Dion Jordan.
3	Raiders	Sharrif Floyd	DT	Florida
Shariff Floyd proved at the combine that he is the most athletic DT in the draft.
4	Eagles	Dee Milliner	DC	Alabama
Philly at one point had two all-pro corners, but decided that they had spent too much for their services. They decide to get a future all-pro corner in the draft this year.
5	Lions	Bjoern Werner	DE	Florida State
Detroit needs someone to replace Kyle Vandenbosch. They choose Bjoern Werner.
6	Browns	Geno Smith	QB	West Virginia
In Cleveland's old regime, last year, they drafted rookie QB Brandon Weeden who is going to be 30 soon. I'm sure this regime will look at getting a younger franchise QB.
7	Cardinals	Matt Barkley	QB	Southern Cal
Arizona could go LT here, but chances are that Levi Brown will be back. So they draft a QB. One of the traits that made Andrew Luck so successful in running Bruce Arian's offense last year was his football IQ. Barkley didn't make all the rights reads in college, but his football IQ is probably further along than the rest of the bunch.
8	Bills	Cordarrelle Patterson	WR	Tennessee
Other than Stevie Johnson, there are no other dynamic receivers. The Bills get the most dynamic player in Patterson.
9	Jets	Xavier Rhodes	DC	Florida State
The Jets have no cap space, and have to decide whether they keep Darrelle Revis. It's unlikely that Revis gives them a discount, so the Jets have no choice to trade one of the best corners in the league. They now need someone to replace him as a priority.
10	Titans	Ezekiel Ansah	DE	BYU
Many see Ansah as the Jason Pierre Paul of the draft. Raw, but could be polished into a diamond. Titans see the incredible upside and draft the freak of nature.
11	Chargers	Eric Fisher	OT	Central Michigan
Maybe improving the offensive line will bring back Philip Rivers to his old form.
12	Dolphins	Jarvis Jones	OB	Georgia
Two of their linebackers, Kevin Burnett and Karlos Dansby are both playing in their 30s, and decide that they need to get younger there.
13	Jets F/TB	Kenny Vaccaro	FS	Texas
Tampa Bay had the #1 rushing defense in the league, so they need to improve on defending the pass. Ronde Barber's not the same player he used to be so they replace him with the best free safety in the draft.
14	Panthers	Keenan Allen	WR	California
Cam Newton needs more targets to throw to, and Steve Smith won't be there forever.
15	Saints	Johnathan Hankins	DT	Ohio State
Last year, teams were running all over the Saints and controlling the clock. They need a run stuffer and get this in Hankins.
16	Rams	Chance Warmack	OG	Alabama
Jeff Fisher recently stated that there were a lot of times where the O line was at fault for not giving Sam Bradford enough time to make decent throws downfield. Expect the Rams to improve the line, and they get the highest graded guard in the draft.
17	Steelers	Matt Elam	SS	Florida
It was pretty evident that the Steeler defense was not the same with Troy Polamalu. They draft Matt Elam as an insurance policy and the heir to the throne when Polamalu retires as a Steeler.
18	Cowboys	Sheldon Richardson	DT	Missouri
Monte Kiffin, Dallas' new defensive coordinator is the pioneer of Tampa 2 defense, and in studying his personnel, he sees that Dallas is missing the three technique DT. Sheldon Richardson is the prototype at the position.
19	Giants	Damontre Moore	DE	Texas A&M
You never can have too many pass rushers, right? Well, that and the mainstay of Giants football, which is the pass rush, was missing last year.
20	Bears	Manti Te'o	IB	Notre Dame
Chicago will wisely decide that all the stuff that happened as nothing to do with Teo's ability to play football, or his character and draft the heir to one of the greatest linebackers to play the game.
21	Bengals	Alec Ogletree	IB	Georgia
Cinncinnati recently announced they are not re-signing Rey Maualuga. So they must have some kind of plan. My guess is that they move Vontaze Burfict to MLB and draft a WLB. The best WLB in the draft is Ogletree, and Cinncinati has drafted players who got into trouble before, so they will look past the recent DUI.
22	Rams F/WAS	Zach Ertz	TE	Stanford
St. Louis also needs another pass catcher and they take the best tight end in the draft.
23	Vikings	DeAndre Hopkins	WR	Clemson
If you have a healthy Adrian Peterson, you need guys who can stretch the field. This guy is a blazer and also very consistent.
24	Colts	Taylor Lewan	OT	Michigan
Indy needs to give Luck more time to throw the ball. The only way to beat an elite QB is to get him to the ground. They draft Lewan to stop teams from doing this.
25	Vikings F/SEA	Kawaan Short	DT	Purdue
Seattle is missing the pass rushing three tech DT. This will get the most out of Seattle's great secondary as they play a lot of man coverage. Kawaan Short has been living the backfields of his opponents, so he will be a great addition.
26	Packers	Lane Johnson	OT	Oklahoma
Aaron Rodgers was sacked a lot last year, and Green Bay has to protect him. Lane Johnson has shown that he can take on the speed rushers.
27	Texans	Tavon Austin	WR	West Virginia
The word to describe him is: electric. Teams will not know how to defend Arian Foster, Andre johnson and Tavon Austin.
28	Broncos	John Cyprien	SS	Florida International
Wait, how did they lose again? Oh yeah, they got burned deep, and knew it was coming. They can't let that happen again, and they draft a small school guy who proved himself at the Senior Bowl.
29	Patriots	Desmond Trufant	DC	Washington
New England's offense will be good so long Tom Brady is your QB. But for years now, the weakness in New England has been the secondary. They need to get better in this area.
30	Falcons	Eddie Lacy	RB	Alabama
They need to draft the heir apparent to Michael Turner. Knile Davis and Marcus Lattimore are bigger backs who fit the profile better, but they got injured. Lacy is still a very good back.
31	49ers	Johnathan Jenkins	DT	Georgia
Jenkins would be a great fit because he can play NT or the 3-4 end. Sopoaga is aging and it's unknown how healthy Justin Smith will be.
32	Ravens	Alex Okafor	DE	Texas
With the Ravens tight on cap space, and with the need to lock up Flacco with either a long term deal or with the franchise tag, it's hard to see them bringing back Paul Kruger. Okafor would be an excellent replacement.
