Florida State wide receiver Tamorrion Terry has opted out of the remainder of the Seminoles' 2020 season.
FSU head coach Mike Norvell confirmed as much in his Wednesday press conference after Terry returned from injury in Saturday's 41-17 home loss to Pitt.
The expectation is that Terry will begin preparing for next year's NFL Draft after deciding last December that he would return in order to better his all-around game and boost his draft grade.
The redshirt junior from Ashburn, Ga. has had a rocky 2020 season. He battled an injury early this season which limited his capability. Then, right as he hit his stride with 146 receiving yards and a touchdown vs. Notre Dame, he had a minor knee procedure which forced him to miss the next two games (11/11/20).
