DEPTH CHART FEATURES - What Ourlads NFL Scouting Services said before HAASON REDDICK made the Arizona Cardinals' depth chart: Temple, 6014 237 4.52. Two-year starter from Camden, NJ. First-team All-AAC honors in 2016. The former high school safety and running back developed into a pass rushing beast in 2016. The productive chase player can run ball carriers down from behind. Quick to shed, burst, and sack the quarterback. Sudden redirect quickness. A pressure player who is disruptive and relentless in his play. Plays low to the ground. A quick and sudden mover who can slip by blockers with a late burst. Stuns the blocker and will stand him up while diagnosing the action. An accomplished and productive pass rusher who saw a ton of snaps as a defensive end. Fluid and quick twitched in coverage. Fluid and natural hips that can shadow tight ends and backs. Needs to improve his wrap tackling ability for the next level. Finished third in the nation with 22.5 tackles for loss. Reddick played a defensive end type role for the Owls, but will likely project as a 4-3 SAM or WILL in the league. His athletic traits were very solid at the Senior Bowl leading to the notion that the move shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Has a natural nose for the ball and can beat blockers several ways. Can be a Swiss army knife for a creative defensive scheme that produces in any situation. Senior Bowl notes: Excellent week of practice. Made a seamless transition from hand on the ground pass rusher to inside linebacker. Explosive attacking blocks. Quick to shed with good knee bend working to the ball. Good agility and redirects quickly off a block. Plays well in space. Takes good pursuit angles. Has a closing burst to the quarterback. Plays well over a tight end. Controls the blocker as he works to the ball. Played well in coverage. Takes good drops. Gets underneath the routes over the middle. Quick to read and react. 2016 stats: 65 T, 22.5 TFL, 10.5 sacks, 3 QBH, 3 FF, 4 PBU, 1 INT. Edge speed:left 1.93, right 2.00. OSR:4/51. First round. (A-32 3/4, H-10 1/8, BP-24, SS-4.26).
