Round 1
1
  Chiefs
Luke JoeckelOT Texas A&M
With the trade for Alex Smith, the Chiefs new regime will take the best prospect available. In this draft class it is LT Luke Joeckel. They will let Albert walk in free agency due to his back problems, and Joeckel will be the face of the Chiefs offensive line.
2
  Jaguars
Sharrif FloydDT Florida
New head coach Gus Bradley knows a lot about defense, and Jacksonville had one of the worst overall defenses in the entire league. Bradley will take the best defensive player on the board, which in this case is Floyd out of Florida. Floyd will shore up the middle of the defensive line and help Jacksonville a lot.
3
  Raiders
Geno SmithQB West Virginia
Word on the street is the the Raiders have fallen in love with QB Geno Smith out of West Virginia. They were the first team to meet with him at the combine. Carson Palmer is due a lot of money, and the Raiders are looking to go in a different direction. They have Terrelle Pryor, but he is not the answer.
4
  Eagles
Eric FisherOT Central Michigan
Chip Kelly knows that in order to run his offense with a mobile QB he will need to be able to protect the edges a lot better than the Eagles did last year. The Eagles have a lot of needs this offseason, but Fisher is too good of a prospect to pass up here. He will be a building block for the near future.
5
  Lions
Dee MillinerDC Alabama
The Lions need defensive line help, but they need defensive back help more. Milliner is the best corner in the draft and will be an instant upgrade over anyone that is currently on the Lions roster.
6
  Browns
Dion JordanDE Oregon
Cleveland is switching to a 3-4 defense under knew DC Ray Horton, so they will need to find a player that can stand up and play as a down lineman. They also need a speed rusher a t that position. Enter Dion Jordan. He had one of the best combines of any player that is still available. Cleveland will not be able to pass him up here.
7
  Cardinals
Matt BarkleyQB Southern Cal
As with Geno Smith and the Raiders, the Cardinals are in dire need of a quaterback. Word on the street with this team is that they will not let Barkley slip past the #7 pick. Barkley fits new HC Bruce Arians QB build so I can see this happening. Although I do not agree with the selection here. If the Cardinals are set with picking Barkley, why not try and trade down and select him where he is more suited to be drafted.
8
  Bills
Tavon AustinWR West Virginia
Buffalo needs a QB, but I do not see them taking one until Round 2. They also need help at the WR position, along side Stevie Johnson. I would have put Patterson from Tennessee here, but Austin blew away scouts at the combine. The Bills will fall in love with his speed.
